- Students are requested to upload proof of their student status via the registration website.
- ESB Members are requested to provide number of their ESB membership.
- 1 March 2024 (approvals confirmed by 15th March): deadline for applications for new ESB members who wish to gain reduced congress fees for the early-bird congress registrations.
- 1st June 2024 (approvals confirmed by 15th June): deadline for applications for new ESB members who wish to gain reduced congress fees for late congress registration.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellations received until 15 May 2024 will be refunded deducting administration costs of €50.
From 16 May 2024, registration fees are non-refundable.
Written cancellation must be forwarded to the ESB 2024 Congress Secretariat info@esbiomech2024.org.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
