- 1 – 9 sq. m. floor space: 550 € per sq. m.
- Additional sq. m.: 500 €
- After purchasing 18 sq. m., the additional sq. m. is: 450 €
Exhibition Zone B (stands 27 – 30 & 33 – 37)
- 1 – 9 sq. m. floor space: 450 € per sq. m.
Basic hiring of floor space includes:
- Exhibition space (floor space only: no shell scheme, furniture, carpet or other furnishings)
- Acknowledgement as an exhibitor in the programme with logo and contact information
- One conference bag with the programme
- Participant list before the start of the conference
- Security and technical supervision
- Two exhibitor badges up to 9 sq. m., one more badge for each additional 3 sq. m.

Exhibition location:
The exhibition is placed on the same level as the whole conference divided into Zone A and B. Lunch and coffee breaks will be served in the exhibition area. The poster area is located in the close vicinity of the Zone A exhibition area and as part of the Zone B exhibition area.
Set-up date:
17 October 2021 and 18 October 2021 morning
Shipment dates:
Dates for accepting packages: 11 – 15 October 2021.
If you need to send packages earlier than 11 September, please contact the conference venue. There might be an additional charge for it.
Please note that a representative of the exhibitor/exhibition building company should be present to receive the delivery. All delivered packages will be kept in the storage room.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
- All prices quoted are net prices.
- The legally required VAT added tax will be included upon billing.
- The total amount will be invoiced upon ordering and is due 14 days after ordering.
CANCELLATION POLICY & NON-PARTICIPATION:
Following receipt of the order confirmation, the order is binding and the exhibitor is committed to the following conditions:
- Any cancellation of stand, symposia and other bookings before 4th March 2021 will be charged 25% cancellation fee.
- If a pre-payment has not been made 25% of the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations after 5th March 2021 are non-refundable and require full payment of the amount stated in the order confirmation.
- The above applies if the exhibitor withdraws from the contract or does not participate in the event.
Shell scheme structure:
Shell schemes are not provided in the price of the exhibition space. You can order a stand with us or bring your own.
In case you will not have a shell scheme ordered with the EPUAP 2021 exhibition building company, please submit your stand layout, as well as the exhibition building company name and contact person by 31 July 2021, to EPUAP Business Office (attn. Bára Sýkorová).
If you want to order a shell scheme with us, please do so also by 31 July 2021.
